The realities of child abuse are alarming beyond belief. Regina’s intent for writing her book is to help develop awareness and to increase knowledge to all people raising children. This book is only one story, her story, but it should incite concern to all parents—helping to prevent, recognize, when a child is in fear of speaking up. 

There will always be signs of distress when child abuse occurs. Please be aware that children don’t always communicate verbally. So it is quite important to watch for signs of fear or change in their behavior.
